Who is eligible?

For the Advanced level certification, please note the following eligibility criteria: 

For undergraduates, we expect a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.

For others, two years are required.

For the Foundation course, the eligibility criteria is the successful completion of a higher education degree. 

Is the certification globally valid?

Yes, CHRMP is a globally recognised certification. We have partnered with Pearson VUE to make testing available in over 190 countries and territories. So far, we have had candidates taking up the programme in countries as far afield as the USA, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bhutan, Nigeria and beyond. We have also seen highly-reputed organisations from around the world nominating their employees to take the course.  

Where will the exam be held?

Your exam can be taken easily online from your home, thanks to web proctoring. Through our partnership with Pearson VUE, you also have the flexibility to choose to sit it at an examination centre in your city, wherever it suits you best. The test can be taken in any of 190 countries and territories at more than 5,600 centres.   

Do I need to take the exam to get the certification?

Yes, you must sit the certification exam and pass it to receive your final certificate. Please note that without clearing the certification exam, you cannot receive the CHRMP certification.   

Can I get further assistance after the classes to help me pass the exam?

You will receive all the support you need, not only to finish the classes but also to pass the examination. Even after taking your exam, our facilitators will be available to provide consistent guidance and mentoring whenever you need to call on them.  

Can you help me get a job once I'm certified? 

We run active social groups in which our alumni frequently share job openings that you can apply to. Many of our participants have been able to secure enhanced positions of employment through these channels. You should just let us know of your interest in joining those groups after you clear your certification exam.
