Exam & Certification
The certification exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions to be answered in 65 minutes. The questions are a mix of conceptual and practical case study type. One can take the exam at any designated Pearson Vue Center or web proctored in the comfort of one’s own home.

You will be able to recognize the significance of behavioural interviews, formulate behavioural interview questions, probe the participants for specific information and evaluate the participants based on their responses.
We do have specially designed self-paced courses with high quality 4K resolution video lectures. These videos can be watched by participants at their own pace and availability. The videos are followed by self-assessment questions for the participants to test their understanding of the topic shared in the video
As we have partnered with PearsonVUE, you get the flexibility to choose the examination centre in your city wherever you are comfortable. The test can be taken in any of the 180 countries at more than 5600 centres.
Yes, we do conduct BEI sessions for corporates too. We have already trained HRs and managers of a few reputed organizations on conducting behavioural interviews.
Public programs on BEI are of four hours duration. We do customize the corporate programs as per the clients’ needs and demands.
The session will be conducted in a practical manner where the facilitator will share concepts related to interviews first and later demonstrate the application of the same. The participants will also get to practice the essentials of these interviews. Therefore, you would be in much better state to conduct interviews.
Participants will get a better hold of the interview questions asked by an HR. Although the focus of this session is to equip them with skills to conduct interviews, it will be helpful knowing how the interviewers conduct interviews. Also, they will get to know what interviewers look out for during an interview
Since it is a specialized course, we do expect the participants to have a minimum of two years of corporate experience.
After attending the session there will be a certification exam. Only when the participants get through that exam scoring 60% will they be certified.
After you have cleared the exam it takes seven to ten days for the certificate to get ready.
