About the Host
Dishaa heads the Learning Centre for Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP); corporate training and Management consulting at Ripples for North India. She has hands-on experience in conceptualizing the Learning delivery and Research, Design, Development and Execution of training programs on Organizational and Personal Development topics.
Dishaa is a facilitator and a consultant who is passionate about organizational and personal effectiveness. In the past 17+ years, Dishaa has imparted learning to professionals from diverse backgrounds. She is known for her engaging, high-energy, motivational style and the ability to make learning fun and collaborative. She uses Kolb’s model of experiential learning to make trainings meaningful and practical.
She is a Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP). Dishaa has imparted training on Competency Mapping, Behavioral Event Interviewing, Employee Engagement, Human Resource Development, Personal Transformation, Learning and development to esteemed clients like HCL Tech, Orbis, Medicine Sans Frontiers, Action for Autism, Innovaccer, RLBCAU, Genpact, , DEN Networks, HAIER, EZOPs Inc, Modern Living Hospitality Ltd, Authbridge Research Services, Accenture to name a few.
Besides her work, Dishaa is passionate about community building and promoting sustainable environment. She is a vocalist, avid traveler and a fitness enthusiast.
Dishaa graduated from Calcutta University and holds a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) degree from Welingkar Institute, University of Mumbai.
