About the Host
Indrani is responsible for Content Development & Learning Delivery at Ripples Learning. She owns the circle of excellence for Behavioral & Technical training.
She has experience of over 4 years of training and is known for her passionate and engaging delivery style. Her understanding of human behavior and ability to create a fun learning environment leads to the success of her programs.
She has the expertise in designing and delivering learning interventions using the ADDIE model.She has successfully facilitated programs on Communication skills, Business etiquette, Presentation skills, Team building, Selling skills, Campus to Corporate in organisations such as Syngene International, Tessolve Semiconductors, Esko, Hutchinson, Continuserve, to name a few.
Indrani has also been actively involved in the training delivery of the various levels of HR Certification courses. She has delivered training modules for participants of Capgemini, Wipro, State Street Corp, CISCO to name a few.
She is also experienced in training senior and mid-level Human Resource professionals belonging to the Middle East, Qatar, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka.
She applies the use of innovative training practices and methods like role plays, simulation, exercises, games, energizers for better absorption and transference of training.
Apart from training, Indrani is passionate about food and travelling.
Indrani has graduated from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
Currently, she is enjoying her new role of being a hands-on mother for an 8-month-old.
