The Dabbawala: On Time—Every Time event, organized by the Centre for Academic and Professional Support (CAPS), Kengeri, in collaboration with Ripples Learning and Research and the School of Business and Management – BBA Department, provided an inspiring platform for students to learn from the legendary Mumbai Dabbawala team. Held on September 20, 2024, at Block III Auditorium, the session featured Shri. Sunil Gavande, Director and CEO of Dabbawala Enterprises Pvt. National HR Summit 2025 – Redefining HR in the Evolving Workplace At the National HR Summit 2025, industry leaders and HR professionals gathered to discuss the evolving landscape of work and the transformational role of HR. Representing CHRMP, experts introduced the THRIVE model, which encapsulates the six key forces shaping modern workplaces: Technology, Hybrid & Remote Work, Resilience, Inclusivity, Versatility, and Ecology.
