A real mentor is the one who can see a spark of hope within their mentee. He’s someone who imparts wisdom and shares knowledge with a less-experienced colleague. They open the gates of opportunities and provide stories and other insights from their own professional as well as personal life that can prove fruitful to the mentee in their own challenges.
